Lt. Gen. Steph Twitty serves as Chairman of the Hypergiant Advisory Board. His distinguished 36-year military career culminated in his role as the Deputy Commander of United States European Command (EUCOM), where he was responsible for all U.S. air, naval, and land (multi-domain) operations on the European continent. Lt. Gen. Twitty additionally brings extensive experience inside the Pentagon, the Joint Staff, Army Staff, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, FORSCOM, ISAF-Afghanistan, and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. He is the founder of Twitty and Associates LLC, a renowned consulting and advisory firm specializing in strategic and operational planning across sectors, and serves as a National Security and Military Analyst commentator at MSNBC and NBC.

Major General (Ret.) Kurt Sonntag serves as an Advisory Board member at Hypergiant, bringing a rich history of leading ground-breaking modernization efforts throughout the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. His distinguished career includes almost 34 years of U.S. Special Operations service. He has commanded at every echelon with multiple combat and operational tours throughout the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, Central and South America, and the Levant. This experience provides unique insights into data-driven Command & Control requirements and complexities from the Tactical Edge to the Operational and Strategic levels of modern warfare.

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Scott Kindsvater serves as a strategic advisor at Hypergiant, where he brings expert knowledge in NATO military planning, defense innovation, strategic planning, and international negotiations. His distinguished career includes 32 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. He previously served as the Deputy Chairman of the NATO Military Committee and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Intelligence at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. He is also a distinguished fellow with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
